Your patient, Subject 001, is suffering from profound cognitive decline and Cotard's delusion. To keep him stable, you have constructed a digital, sensory sanctuary for his consciousness known as "The House."

But an anomaly has breached the system. Subject 001's hyperphantasia is weaponizing his own visual cortex, generating corrupt, nightmarish data that is bleeding into the physical lab. The BCI servers are overloading. His heart rate is spiking. You have minutes to act.

Will you rely on chemical interventions to sedate his neurochemistry? Or will you dive into the computational architecture to delete the monsters yourself? Every choice you make alters his neural pathways, his memory retention, and his ultimate survival.
